Bosch Ranges and Wall Ovens

Wall ovens (HBL, HBN, HBE series — e.g., HBL8453UC, HBN8451UC)

Open the oven door fully. The E-Nr label is on the left inner cavity trim strip — the metal frame piece on the left side of the oven cavity opening, the surface the oven door presses against when closed. On single wall ovens (HBL8453UC, HBN8451UC), the label is at mid-height on this left cavity strip. On double wall ovens (HBL8652UC and similar), check the lower oven's left cavity strip first — it is more accessible without a ladder. If the left strip is blank on either oven, check the right cavity strip.

Bosch Microwaves

Bosch sells over-the-range and built-in microwaves in the US under the HMB and HMV series designations. Countertop microwaves are not a significant part of Bosch's US lineup.

Over-the-range and built-in microwaves (HMB, HMV series): open the microwave door. The E-Nr label is on the left interior cavity wall — the left side surface inside the microwave compartment, facing you when the door is open. This is the consistent primary location across current Bosch microwave production.
