No fine print.

What counts as a "lookup"? +
One call to /v1/lookup counts as one lookup, regardless of how many data points are returned. Recall-only calls to /v1/recalls are not counted against your quota.
What happens if I exceed my limit? +
On Free, lookups pause until the next billing cycle. On paid plans, overages are billed at $0.05/call (Team) or $0.04/call (Business). You'll get a warning at 80% usage so you're never surprised.
Can I switch plans mid-month? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — you keep your current plan's limits until then.
Is there a free trial of paid plans? +
Yes — Team and Business plans have a 14-day free trial, no card required. You'll be prompted to add payment at the end of the trial if you want to continue.
How does API pricing work vs. team pricing? +
Team and Business plans are designed for humans using the web interface, with API access as a secondary feature. If you're building a product on the API, the Enterprise / API plan gives you dedicated keys, webhooks, and volume pricing — contact sales.
Do annual plans get a discount? +
Yes — annual billing saves 17% across Team and Business plans. Toggle above to see annual pricing. Enterprise annual contracts include custom pricing and an SLA.
Is there non-profit / education pricing? +
Yes — qualifying non-profits and educational institutions receive 40% off any paid plan. Email us with your organization's details to apply.
Where is data stored? Can I get a DPA? +
All data is processed and stored in the US. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for Business and Enterprise customers — request via the contact page. We don't sell lookup data to third parties.
