Plug back in and run a short Timed Dry cycle. If the same code returns immediately, a hardware component has failed and the reset is confirmed clear. For PF (Power Failure), press and hold Start to resume the interrupted cycle; no power-cycle is needed. Pressing only a button on the panel is not a substitute for the full unplug reset — KitchenAid control boards require a complete power cycle to clear fault state properly.
